It takes a little time to setup or onboard a new subcontractor. We believe you deserve to get paid for your time, which is why we pay you $50 to complete the Subcontractor Setup Guide. The setup process should not take any more than an hour.
Work At Any Location
Work in your underwear if you want – we don’t care, as long as your clothes are on during a Hangout. Some jobs require people to wear black pants, a white shirt, a tie, a belt, and shoes – well not here. Also, instead of spending hours stuck on the freeway, burning up gas, inhaling fumes, and dealing with the risks of transportation, you can be generating money. The last thing we want is for people to be showing up stressed out at the beginning of their day. We are going to get much further allocating your energy towards something productive.

Work At Any Time
Some people perform better early in the morning, others perform better later into the evening. We actually recommend that you exercise in the middle of the day to stay healthy and keep your energy levels up. At Revision, Subcontractors may work whenever they choose.
Disclaimer: Of course Subcontractors need to meet their deadlines. They also have to meet with associates at scheduled Hangouts. We need a little bit of ordinance to have an advantage over our competitors.
Referral Bonus
A referral bonus is an award given to any assistant, associate, or partner who brings a new client or account to the agency. The potential client must qualify with certain conditions, and must engage in business with the agency. Since several members of the agency will be servicing the new account, it is unfair to give the referrer continuos commission.
Disclaimer: A referral bonus may be paid after the agency completes the first project, and the new account completes payment successfully. The value of the bonus starts at $100, but can be more, depending on the success of the relationship.
Recruitment Bonus
A recruitment bonus is an award given to any assistant, associate, or partner who helps the agency recruit new talent by referring someone for an advertised, hard-to-fill vacancy (open vacancies are always listed on our Careers Page).

Receive Training & Support
The more you work for us, the more techniques you will learn, and the more your skills will improve. You will have 24 hour access to online training in software and principles, and a virtual assistant to help you during normal business hours when you are stuck.
You Set Your Own Wage
We assign many different kinds of projects at Revision. As a subcontractor, you may be strong at some projects and weak at others. Whether it’s due to efficiency or effectiveness, you have the freedom to set your wage high for projects you are great at, or low for projects you are not very good at. You can set your rate high for things you dislike, or low for assignments you want to receive. The freedom to set your own wage typically leads to an increased amount of raises, and usually a higher income than that of an employee.

Focus On Your Passion
Have you ever had a job where you had to do everything your boss said, even if it was cleaning the public bathroom? Or what about when your boss assigns you to something and then breathes down the back of your neck while you’re doing it? At Revision, you don’t have to accept every project. We believe that great work requires great passion, so we encourage you to only accept projects you find interesting; and we’re not going to breath down your neck.
